In a skillet over medium high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until the meat is cooked through and no longer pink. Drain off the excess grease and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in the same pan over medium heat. Add the peppers and onions, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they are soft.
Return the meat to the skillet, add the steak seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, meat and peppers, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
In the meantime, microwave the cauliflower rice according to the instructions on the package. When it’s done, add the cauliflower rice to skillet and stir to combine it with the meat and peppers. Taste the mixture for seasoning and adjust if needed.
Top the meat and veggie mixture with cheese. Cover and cook on low for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Serve in bowls topped with more cheese, if desired.
