A deconstructed cheeseburger makes for a tasty salad

Ingredients
Sauce:
⅓cupbarbecue sauce
⅓cupmayonnaise
⅓cupmustard
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
¼tsppaprika
Burgers:
2lbslean ground beef
2tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 ½tspseasoning salt, like Lowry’s
¾tspblack pepper
Salad:
8cupsshredded iceberg lettuce
1small red onion, thinly sliced
1cuppickle slices
2cupsshredded colby jack cheese
4Roma tomatoes, diced

Instructions
Make the sauce. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well combined. Taste for seasoning and adjust as necessary.
Add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, and black pepper to a medium-sized bowl. Using your hands or a spoon, mix until the seasonings are evenly distributed in the meat. Divide into 8 portions and shape into patties.
Grill burgers on an outdoor grill or a grill pan until cooked through.
Assemble the salad either in a large salad bowl or individual bowls. Layer lettuce, onion, pickles, cheese, tomatoes, and a burger patty. Top with the sauce or a dressing of your choice and enjoy!

Mix up the toppings! We like to keep things classic, but dress this salad up with your favorites.
