Not all cooking oils are created equal. Choosing the right oil can make a big difference in the flavor and healthfulness of your meals. Here’s a quick guide to my go-to oils:

✨ Extra Virgin Olive Oil: My all-time favorite for dressings, dips, and low-heat cooking. Its rich flavor adds a delicious touch to any dish.

🥑 Avocado Oil: Perfect for high-heat cooking like stir-fries and roasting. It has a neutral flavor and a high smoke point, making it super versatile.

💚 Avocado and Olive Oil Blend: The best of both worlds! This blend combines the rich flavor of olive oil with the high smoke point of avocado oil, making it ideal for all-purpose cooking.

And what to stay away from:

🚫 Seed Oils: These highly processed oils (canola, soybean, corn, etc.) are best avoided. They’re often high in inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids. I always substitute when a recipe calls for a seed oil.
