Arugula Salad
Loop & DashThis simple salad is a perfect side for just about any meal
Servings: 6 servings as a side
Ingredients
- 5 oz. container of arugula, washed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add the arugula to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Add a big pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Toss the arugula to coat in the dressing and taste for seasoning.
